Terms & Conditions

  1. Parent/Guardians agree to receive communications relating to their child’s classes/sessions. 
  2. It is not permissible for Parent/Guardians to take photographs or videos of any other children and adults during classes or sessions. 
  3. Parent/Guardians will be asked to give their consent before any photographs of their children are used for Baby & Toddler Rockits and Rockits sensory and soft play centre  promotional material. 
  4. Parent/Guardians must supervise their child at ALL times in the play centre.
  5. Any Parent/Guardian or child displaying Covid-19 symptoms, sickness or a temperature must NOT attend.
  6. Shoes must not be worn in the sensory rooms or soft play area.
  7. Belongings must be kept with parent/guardian at all times. Prams may be left downstairs.
  8. You will be notified in advance if any sessions are cancelled. 
  9. If a class/session is cancelled, due to unforeseen circumstances, we will endeavour to provide an alternative class as soon as possible. No refunds will be given.
  10. Baby & Toddler Rockits syllabus and musical arrangements are owned by Bethany Whatman and must not be used or replicated without her prior consent. 
  11. Rockits Sensory and Soft Play Centre will not be held responsible for any damage to property or belongings during sessions.
  12. Parent/Guardian must watch their child/children at all times and make sure they do not put anything in their mouths which could potentially be a choking hazard. 
  13. Parent/Guardians must notify Rockits if their child has any allergies.
  14. All adults and children must be seated in the cafe if they are eating. Hot drinks in take away cups may be taken to the soft play seating.
  15. Customers are not permitted to bring their own food to Rockits. All food/drinks must be purchased from cafe.
  16. We don’t accept any form of aggression to staff and customers and you will be asked to leave immediately if a member of staff feels it is appropriate.
